Objectives:-

  1. To provide the syllabus to  the students through teachers
  2. To manage everything for exam conduction
  3. To distribute and receive the answer sheets after every examination
  4. To keep peaceful environment in exam hall
  5. To make invigilators’ duty chart and keep the record for everything
  6. To do supervision to keep norms of examination
  7. Can do or can change moderation or the questions as per as requirement

 

Examination and Evaluation

  1. A weekly test is held at the end of every week. A test is conducted on any major subject. The syllabus for the test is only one or two chapters. This test is to ascertain whether a student can understand the lessons taught in class by the teachers.
  2. A terminal examination is held at the end of each tremor as mentioned in calendar , There are four rounds of terminal exams. Each exams carries 100 marks. These exams cover the lessons taught in total working days. These exams are conducted on all major subjects to ensure that the students can handle full-length examinations or board examination.
  3. A full written report containing test results and examination results are given to the parents to inform about the student's progress and ability to keep up with the class.
  4. All the examinations (except Nepali) are taken in English.
  5. Tests on subsidiary subjects such as handwriting, spellings, science & computer practical, speaking & listening, arts & crafts etc. are taken before the tests on the major subjects.
