Radiant school has become essential to the students’ community of 21st century since it emphasizes holistic development of each and every child enrolled in this organization. It covers both the scholastic and co-scholastic areas of education. It mainly focuses on thinking skills, social skills, emotional skills, literary and creative skills, organizational and leadership skills of the students. It also provides equal space to dance, music, art, craft and sports.

School Philosophy

Learn to Lead through Discipline, Punctuality and Quality in Work’ is the main motto of the school. The school provides value based quality education in relatively very low cost by using recent pedagogy to build its academic excellence. Moreover, we impart holistic education in which each person finds identity, meaning, and purpose in life through connections to the community, to the natural world, and to humanitarian values. Any field of study cannot be determined or explained by the sum of its component parts. Instead, the system as a whole determines how its parts behave. A holistic way of thinking integrates multiple layers of meaning and experience rather than defining human possibilities narrowly. Hence, education with a holistic perspective is concerned with the development of every person’s intellectual, emotional, social, physical, artistic, creative and spiritual potentials. Our philosophy is to explore these potentialities hidden in the students.

Pre-Primary and Primary School Pedagogy

‘Activity Based Learning’ is the main pedagogy in Pre-primary school. We also adopt ‘Play Way Method’ over there.  The students of this level are taught through thematic approach.  It helps them for their four development skills: psychological, mental, social and emotional. Continuous assessment system has been practiced thoroughly and properly. It helps to cater progressive education of 21st century where the children are free to study in child friendly environment.

Middle School and Secondary School Pedagogy

‘Activity Based Learning’ is the main pedagogy in middle school. We focus on learner centered methodology through different activities such as project work, multimedia presentation, effective implementation of continuous assessment system, group work, peer work, individual work, practical work, research and report writing. It develops the logical capacity of the students.
