Meditation
It has been particularly designed aiming at perfection in every individual as meditation strengthens the whole system of body and develops patience and concentration. It forms the best discipline amongst students and trains to love and respect. It helps the students to maintain tranquility. It is very much helpful to control the anger and stress of the students. It can also enhance the memory power. It is meaningful to be humble and polite. It gives out the ways of self-management skills. It shows the students’ ability of activeness, firmness and alertness. Students can learn their attitude of gratitude.
Yoga
Yoga is practiced once in a week every Thursday. One hour period is incorporated for the students so that they are in touch with physical exercises where they are made to twist, turn, stretch, and breathe in the most complex ways. These are actually only the most superficial aspect of this profound science of unfolding the infinite potentials of the child’s mind and soul. It imbibes the complete essence of the right way of life.
