The school is headed by the Principal who acts in accordance with the policies framed by a 6-member apex body called the Governing Body. The entire management lies with the Principal. The Principal appoints the staff, regulates the examinations, supports curriculum and sees that the school responds effectively to what the parents and the society require of the school. The Principal helps the school to maintain a disciplined orderly atmosphere for teaching and learning process.

The Principal is assisted by Vice Principal in academic matters. The school is divided into different wings such as Pre-School, Primary School and Secondary School. Each wing has a separate in-charge. Besides the in-charges, there are heads of the Arts/Culture Department, Music and Dance Department, Sports and Physical Development Department and the Social Service Department. All the CCA/ECA activities are supervised by the ECA-Coordinator.

The administrative staff look after the Account Department and maintain the records of the documents.

The school has various other departments. There is a department for each subject taught in the school. All departments are headed by highly qualified and competent teachers.

The classroom is congenial and democratic and the teachers are encouraged to adopt innovative methods of teaching to make learning meaningful and interesting.
