Lagankhel, Poush 13 — Our school is set to organize the Annual School Sports Meet–2082 tomorrow, Monday, 14th Poush 2082, at the Army Ground, Lagankhel. Students, teachers, parents, and invited guests are expected to arrive by 10:30 a.m. for the commencement of the program.

The event will be graced by the presence of the Chief Guest, legendary artist Mr. Madan Krishna Shrestha, whose participation is expected to inspire students and add significance to the occasion.

The Sports Meet will begin with a March Pass, followed by an Oath Taking Ceremony highlighting the values of discipline, fairness, and sportsmanship. A symbolic Smiley Release will officially inaugurate the program, setting a cheerful tone for the day.

Students will present a range of performances including Drill Displays by senior and junior students, Gymnastic Demonstrations, and Karate Demonstrations, showcasing their physical skills, coordination, and dedication.

The program includes a variety of games and sports designed for students of different age groups. Planned activities include Field Hunter, In and Out, Shuffle Race, Pin the Marker, Hopscotch, Zigzag Race, Build Pyramid, Ring Rolling, Passing the Ball, Cup Setting, Baton Relay, Skipping Race, and Balancing Race. Major sporting events such as Basketball, Cricket, and Football will also be conducted.

A special attraction of the event will be the friendly Tug of War between parents and teachers, aimed at strengthening community bonding and promoting enjoyment beyond competition.

The Sports Meet will conclude with a Trophy Distribution Ceremony and the distribution of tokens of appreciation, recognizing outstanding performances and contributions.

The Annual School Sports Meet–2082 aims to encourage physical fitness, teamwork and holistic development, promising an energetic and memorable day for the entire school community.
