We are excited to host a Grade 1 Potluck Program under the theme “Food and Drinks” on 26th Kartik, 2082 at 1:45 PM in the Montessori Block. The event will include students from Foundation to Pre-II and aims to provide a fun, educational, and interactive experience for our young learners.

The primary objective of the program is to help children learn about different types of food and drinks, encourage healthy eating habits, and develop the value of sharing. Students will bring a variety of home-cooked food items prepared with the help of their parents. This hands-on experience allows children to explore the diversity of food while understanding its nutritional value and cultural significance.

During the potluck, students will joyfully share their food with friends and teachers, fostering a sense of community, cooperation, and generosity. Teachers will guide the students on maintaining cleanliness, good table manners, and proper food-sharing etiquette, ensuring that the event is both educational and enjoyable.

All arrangements related to seating, serving, and hygiene will be carefully managed by the Montessori team, creating a safe and organized environment for the students to participate actively. The session will also encourage children to observe responsibility and respect while handling food and interacting with peers.

This potluck program is more than just a meal; it is a learning experience that combines education, fun, and social skills. By participating, students not only gain knowledge about food and nutrition but also learn valuable life skills such as teamwork, sharing, and mindful eating.

Events like this reflect Radiant School’s commitment to holistic education, where children grow academically, socially, and emotionally through interactive and practical learning experiences. The Grade 1 Potluck Program promises to be a delightful and enriching day for all students, parents, and teachers involved.
