Radiant Readers Academy organized an inspiring motivational session for the students of Grades 9 and 10, led by the respected Founder Principal. The session was especially meaningful as Grade 10 students prepare to appear in the upcoming Secondary Education Examination (SEE), while Grade 9 students begin preparing themselves for the same journey ahead.
The Founder Principal began the session by emphasizing the importance of academics across all subjects, with special attention to Nepali and Social Studies. He noted that while every subject holds value, Nepali has become a bit challenging for students in recent times and therefore requires extra focus and practical effort. He reminded the students that learning is not just about memorizing facts but about understanding concepts, culture, identity, and responsibilities as thoughtful and responsible individuals. He encouraged them to be practical in their approach, to engage actively with their studies, to read with understanding and to express their ideas clearly and confidently in both written and spoken forms.
He also highlighted the value of discipline, punctuality, and quality in every aspect of school life. He reminded students that being on time, following school rules, and maintaining sincerity in their work are essential habits for long-term success. He advised them to complete every task with care and dedication, as quality reflects a person’s attitude and commitment.
During the session, the Founder Principal made the atmosphere lively by connecting with students through real-life examples and social observations. He explained how young people sometimes react quickly when faced with challenges or difficulties. He used these examples to guide students toward self-awareness, patience and responsibility, encouraging them to focus their energy on learning, improvement and positive action rather than getting distracted or discouraged.
He motivated the Grade 10 students to stay calm and confident as they approach their SEE exams and reminded Grade 9 students that this is the best time to develop strong study habits and consistency. He shared practical tips on how to manage time effectively, balance different subjects, and maintain a healthy routine for better learning.
