Our school successfully organized a vibrant celebration of the International Day of Yoga on 6th Ashad 2082, joining the global movement to promote health, mindfulness, and inner peace. The event featured a special yoga session conducted by Yoga Guru Mr. Bipendra Prasad Adhikari from Jeevan Bigyan, inspiring students and teachers to embrace the true spirit of yoga.
Throughout the day, students from various grades took part in organized sessions:
