Radiant Readers’Academy 10th Grade students participated in the thrilling inter-school basketball competition organized by AIA, which featured 32 dynamic teams from various schools.Among the enthusiastic participants, Radiant Readers Academy (RRA) secured an impressive 8th place finish, showcasing their growing prowess on the basketball court. The team from RRA was led by talented Grade 10 students: Aashish Giri, Pratik Maharjan, Utsav Raut, and Suprim Silwal. Their dedication and teamwork were evident throughout the competition, making their school proud despite the fierce competition. RRA’s journey to the quarter-finals was marked by four intense matches against some of the top teams in the competition, including Spangle School, Neric School, Kathmandu Xavier, and the host school, AIA. Each match tested their skills, strategy, and endurance, providing valuable lessons and experience for the young athletes. Despite not clinching the top spot, the experience was immensely enriching for the RRA team. The competition provided an excellent opportunity for the players to learn, grow, and hone their skills. The students expressed their gratitude for the guidance and support from their basketball coach, Samir Kumal, whose expertise and encouragement played a pivotal role in their performance. Radiant Readers Academy’s basketball team has set a solid foundation for future success.
