As we all know that the education is the never ending process. Every movement of life is learning new things. At the point of philosophy of education the learner must get the knowledge in a various ways. The learner highly encouraged to learn. Education must be such a machine that the learner can easily collect the raw material according to the object going to have a strong set.

Mainly the universe is following the two different philosophies; the western and eastern philosophy of education. The western philosophy talks about active learning involvement in class. The western philosophy creates the own learning environment for learners so that the learners can keep their own opinions to learn. It emphasis the meaningful learning of the students. The western philosophy cultivates the student’s creativity so that they can express their creativity freely in the learning process. Western philosophy believes students’ motivation towards learning so that it can boost the self-confident of the learner. On the other hand, the teacher in the eastern philosophy of education is fully responsible to conduct the learning activity. This philosophy guides the one way learning environment. There is no any motivation to the students towards learning. Lerner cannot keep their own opinion in learning; it prefers quite learning environment in class. The eastern philosophy emphasis the memorizing learning so that the students get more knowledge but they do not have enough ideas about utilization of knowledge.

The teaching philosophy is the process of learning. The philosophy talks about the practice of pedagogy and process of learning. Firstly, it talks about the behaviorism the teacher must know the behavior of the learner than he can motivate towards learning. Then the philosophy talks about the constructivism, the constructivism refers the unique foundation of the learner. Learner should engage actively in learning activities not only to get knowledge but also to build the meaningful outcomes. Then it talks about the essentialism which refers the core subjective skills. Then Humanism that talks about the need of the learner. The learner should get the humanistic learning environment. The idealism talks about role model of the teaching. If the teacher becomes the role model then the learner can easily from him. The perennialism talks about the reasoning and critical thinking of the learner. The positivism talks about the evidence based learning. The progressivism talks about students oriented learning.

Each child is a unique; every child has the unique personality so that they can do different things differently. The teacher must know the child first who is he? How is he? What is he? When the teacher is able to get answer of it then he can give the knowledge to the learner easily. First, the teacher should find out who is he or she? When the teacher will get the entire information about the learners then he/she can easily furnish the child. The teacher should find out how is he/she? When teacher will get the information about how? Then he will get the information about his/her physical condition of the learner. Finally, the teacher should find out the answer of what? Then he can understand everything about him. When the teacher gets the information about him/her then the teacher can deliver whatever the learner want.
